The Tour of Homes Bake Sale is looking for volunteers! There are several opportunities to support this year's sale:
-- If you are interested in baking, cooking or creating a tasty treat, be sure to drop it off at St. Mary of the Hills between 9 am and noon on July 24.
-- Volunteers are needed that day to wrap, price and sort the goodies.
-- We'll also need volunteers on the day of the Tour to help with the bake sale.

Monday, June 30 through Friday, July 4
Daily, Noon to 5 pm
Once again this year's Timeless Treasures sale will be held in the Parish Hall. We are asking all our generous donors to begin gathering items for donation. There will be a team in the church to receive items in the hallway of the second floor from noon to 5 pm for just one week, beginning Monday, June 30th and continuing through Friday, July 4th. Please plan to bring your donations to the church on those days and times ONLY. You can follow the signs and use the elevator. A cart will be available there for use.
If that presents a particular hardship to you, email JoAnn Hallmark to make alternate arrangements.
Our most popular items include Christmas decorations, jewelry, puzzles, small antiques, pottery, ceramics, artwork, vintage linens, bedspreads, China, pillows (especially needle point), small chairs, garden decor and toys. We will not accept clothing, or anything dirty, broken or huge. We had very little luck last year with BOOKS, so please donate them to the public library for their sale.
As you gather things to donate, just think about whether you’d be tempted to purchase them yourself to help you decide if it would be a good item for Timeless Treasures.
And, don’t forget to come shopping with us on Friday, July 25th to see what new treasures YOU can find!! At the end of the Tour, the things we haven’t sold will be picked up by the wonderful people at Village Thrift. . . so your gifts will keep on giving!
This popular part of the Tour ALWAYS generates a lot of interest and donations. The more we sell, the more we share with our neighbors and the many worthy causes the Tour supports! So as always, thank you for your generosity. We look forward to seeing your treasures and YOU!!
