The wine showcases the best of North Carolina, produced from vines grown from carefully selected varieties - • Rosa Dia is a dry true pink Rose fashioned in the Provence style with fresh berries and floral notes and a tease of lime zest. • Steel Chardonnay has hints of pear, apple and melon with lingering tangy lemon notes. • Rock & Rail is a Bordeaux blend, medium bodied with black current, cherry and floral notes. • Cabernet Franc has hints of raspberry, black pepper and violet and sings with pork and roast duck. • Tempranillo is a special dry red wine ages in French oak for 30 months. With notes of spice, berry and wildflower, it has a warm finish. • Petit Verdot is a Classic rich deep wine with dried plum, black cherry and blueberry characteristics that pairs well with hearty meats.
